Teamsters
Every successful conference is built on the efforts of those working behind the scenes. At Harvard Model United Nations India, Teamsters form an integral part of the Conference Staff, supporting the planning and execution of one of South Asia's largest Model United Nations conferences.
Working alongside the Conference Leadership and Staff, Teamsters contribute across a wide range of operational areas, including delegate services, conference logistics, event management, registration, venue operations, hospitality, and on ground coordination. The role requires adaptability, professionalism, and a willingness to take on responsibilities wherever they arise.
Before applying, please note:
Teamsters have to be above 18.
Teamsters are expected to be available for the entire duration of the conference, including briefing sessions. For the Bengaluru Chapter from 11th to 16th August and Jaipur Chapter from 18th to 23rd August.
Accommodation and meals will be provided. Travel to the conference venue is to be arranged by the candidates themselves.

No late applications will be accepted. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
In the days following the application deadline, interview invitations will be extended to candidates selected as finalists.
If you do not hear from us, likely that your application has not been shortlisted. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we will unfortunately not be able to respond to individual status queries. However, all shortlisted candidates will receive the necessary information and next steps directly from the conference team.
