Conference Schedule

 The Conference Schedule is designed to ensure a healthy mix of substantive debate, collaboration, inspiration, and of course fun! A HMUN India participant can expect fierce debate, powerful keynotes and lots of fun, and learning!

Please note that we recommend arriving at the conference venue by 13:00 on 13th August and departing post 20:00 on 16th August for the Bengaluru chapter, and arriving by 13:00 on 20th August and departing post 20:00 on 23rd August for the Jaipur chapter.

Both chapters will follow the same agenda schedule. Please note that this is a tentative conference schedule, and the final schedule will be released closer to the conference.

14:00 to 15:00- Hotel Check- ins

15:00 to 16:00- MUN 101 - Rules of Procedure

16:30 to 17:30- Opening Ceremonies

18:00- 18:30- Tea Break

18:30 to 21:00 - Committee Session 1

21:00 to 22:00 - Dinner
