The Road to HMUN India is a curated series of interactive digital engagements designed to prepare delegates for the upcoming conference. Featuring thought leaders, change-makers, diplomats, and policy experts, these sessions offer students a chance to gain real-world insights on global issues, diplomacy, and leadership.

Beyond building knowledge, these conversations offer delegates a glimpse into what the HMUN India will look and feel like from the intellectual rigor to the spirit of collaboration that defines the conference. Road is a platform that begins even before the conference where young voices are encouraged to engage, ask questions, and start shaping the world they want to be part of.

Training Sessions

As part of the Road to HMUN India experience, delegates will have access to a series of exclusive training sessions conducted in the weeks leading up to the conference. These sessions are led by the committee Directors from the Harvard University’s International Relations Council and are designed to help delegates feel confident and well-prepared for committee.

From understanding the Rules of Procedure to mastering the art of writing impactful Position Papers, each session focuses on building the core skills needed to succeed during committee debates. The trainings also serve as an opportunity for delegates to meet their Directors and interact with fellow committee members before the conference begins — laying the groundwork for a more connected and collaborative experience onsite.
