Skill track

As part of the HMUN India 2025 experience, we are pleased to offer three exclusive Skill Tracks on Day 2 of the conference. These curated workshops will be led by distinguished educators, policy experts, and climate leaders and are designed to expand your perspective and strengthen key skills beyond committee deliberations.

Track 1: Your Life Trailer
Led by: Rahul Subramaniam, Co-Founder, Athena Education

Every great story has four moments: the opening scene, the turning point, the present chapter, and the next big scene. In this high-energy workshop, led by Rahul Subramaniam, Co-Founder of Athena Education, Alumnus of Princeton University, Delhi Chair of the Princeton Club of India and Author of the Bestseller Ivy League Playbook, you’ll use these beats to craft the trailer of your own life, a narrative that’s real, bold, and completely yours. Because the most compelling applications aren’t built on rankings, titles, or trophy counts, they’re built on stories that reveal who you are and where you’re headed. Through fast-paced prompts, peer sharing, and sharp on-stage feedback, you’ll uncover what drives you, what makes your journey unforgettable, and the next chapter you want to create.

Track 2: Hot Takes For a Cool Planet
Hosted by: Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW)

Forget boring lectures—this is climate action like you’ve never seen it. Dive into a world of memes, rap battles, reels, and bold campaigns that shake up the status quo.
In this workshop by CEEW—one of India’s leading climate think tanks—you’ll bust popular climate myths, draw inspiration from real campaigns, and team up to create powerful, pop culture-infused movements for clean air, climate justice, and more. Perfect for creative changemakers ready to shift mindsets and make sustainability viral.

Track 3: Foreign Policy Forum
Led by: Harvard International Relations Council

Step into the minds of foreign policy thinkers and explore how geography, identity, and history shape diplomacy across regions. This interactive forum brings together members of the IRC who form the HMUN India team of this year, with deep expertise in global affairs, offering delegates a front-row seat to the thinking behind the headlines.

From fun-filled evenings to opportunities to relax and engage informally, these moments are an integral part of the HMUN India experience.

FACULTY ENGAGEMENT

At HMUN India 2025, Faculty Advisors are the guiding force behind the delegate experience, and we are dedicated to making their journey just as enriching and impactful. While delegates engage in dynamic debates and simulations, Faculty Advisors will embark on their own curated experience—one designed to inspire, empower, and connect.

Our exclusive Faculty Advisor Program offers professional development workshops led by industry experts, equipping educators with fresh insights on mentorship, innovative teaching strategies, and leadership in an evolving world. Beyond learning, networking opportunities will foster meaningful connections with peers from across the globe, sparking collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
